EMOTION AND HOW TO BE EMOTIONALLY STRONG

EMOTION: 

Emotion is strong feeling which depends on mood and relationship with others

Emotion includes:

1.Fear - feeling of being scared

2.Sadness - Feeling of sorrow, grief

3.Joy - feeling of happiness

4.Anger -Feeling anger

5.Trust - Postive emotion of believing

6.Anticipation - Looking forward for something good gonna happen

7.Disgust - Feeling something is wrong

8.Surprise - Unprepared for something

9.Friendship -People having bond of joy

10.kindness - Acting good to other

11.Love - strong attachment one feels for someone else

12.Jealousy - Pain when people have something which we don't have

13.Confusion

14.Calmness

15.Awkwardness

16.Romance

17.Relief

Emotion are complex. Emotion depends on Behavioral tendency and arousal of nervous system. Extroverted people are more social and express their emotion, Introvert people are more likely to be socially withdrawn and conceal their emotion

                             

HOW TO BE EMOTIONALLY STRONG

1.Emotionally strong means to be confident so be confident and believe in yourself

2.Have atleast 8 hour of sleep as being tired due to lack of sleep makes your mental strength go down

3.Make your digestive system healthy by eating healthy meal avoid any food allergies, alcohol etc

4.Take self care until you take care of yourself you won't take care of others which can affect your emotion

5.Art of saying No if something you don't want to do just say no don't explain your actions

6.Avoid negative thoughts . Always be positive In any circumstances

7.Every day challenge yourself and try to push your limits by this u will always put greatest effort

8.Train your mind to be calm even and worse conditions this can be Achieved by meditation, controlling your anger, anxiety

9.Be mindful means taking control over your focus and giving attention only for something which is important

10.Dont get defeated by your fear, it's better to face frightening situation overcome your fear to fight frightening situation this will eventually make u emotionally and mentally stronger

11.Always try to get solution for your problems rather than running away from problems

12.Positivity , preparedness, Discipline, focus will help you to be stronger emotionally
